Procedure at Triveni Public Senior Secondary School

We are delighted that you are considering Triveni Public Senior Secondary School, Bhangarh for your child’s education. Our admission process is designed to be straightforward and transparent, ensuring that every eligible student has the opportunity to join our school community.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for admission, please review our eligibility criteria to ensure that your child meets the requirements for the desired grade. Eligibility criteria may include age, academic prerequisites, and any other specific requirements for the grade level: –

  1. Application Submission

To initiate the admission process, you will need to complete an application form. Application forms can be obtained from the school office or downloaded from our website. Please fill out the form accurately and provide all required documents, which may include:

(For Bal-Vatika 1- Nursery to Grade – 1)

  1. Filled in Registration Form.
  2. Self-Attested copy of the Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate of the child issued by the competent authority. Original to be submitted at the time of admission for verification.
  3. Self-Attested copy of the certificate issued by competent authority for SC/ST/PH or DA/OBC (Non-creamy layer) Certificates. EWS/BPL Certificate (if applicable) in the name of the parent along with the original for verification.
  4. Four recent passport-size Colour Photographs of the child.
  5. Proof of Residence (Voter ID/Bank Passbook/Gas Connection/recent Telephone or Electric Bill etc.)
  6. Self-attested copy of the Aadhaar Card of the Child.
  7. Clinical proof of Blood Group with RH Factor. (if available)
  8. For Differently Abled candidates, a copy of the Disabled/PH Certificate issued by the competent authority. Original to be produced for verification.
  9. Any additional documents as specified in the application form

(For Grade 2 and above)

  1. Filled in Registration Form.
  2. Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate of previous school.
  3. Self-Attested copy of the Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate of the child issued by the competent authority. Original to be submitted at the time of admission for verification.
  4. Self-Attested copy of the certificate issued by competent authority for SC/ST/PH or DA/OBC (Non-creamy layer) Certificates. EWS/BPL Certificate (if applicable) in the name of the parent along with the original for verification.

  1. Application Review

Once the completed application and necessary documents are submitted, the school will review the applications to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria. If there are more applicants than available seats, the school may conduct a selection process based on its admission policy.

  1. Entrance Examination (if applicable)

Except Bal-Vatika 1- Nursery,  and entrance examination will be conducted for the interested students who remained successful during Application Review process. The school will declare dates and details about such examinations in the month of March every year.

  1. Interview (if applicable)

After qualifying entrance exam an interview with the student and their parents or guardians may be organized that is a part of the admission process. The interview provides an opportunity to discuss the student’s aspirations, interests, and alignment with the school’s values and educational goals.

  1. Admission Decision

Following the review of applications, examinations, and interviews (if applicable), the school will make admission decisions. Admitted students and their parents or guardians will be notified of the acceptance, and further instructions regarding enrolment will be provided.

  1. Enrolment

Upon receiving an acceptance letter, parents or guardians will be required to complete the enrolment process, which typically involves paying the Admission fee, Tuition Fees, and Other Funds, and providing any additional documents or information requested by the school.
